When designing the logo I wanted to find something that embodied what the "Bearded Bastard" was all about, the anchor is to embody my love of the sea as it will always have a place in my heart, the axes are to remind me of my childhood treks into the woods to chop firewood, both together signifying my?dream to live where the mountains meet the ocean, both a man of the sea, and a man of the woods if you will.? The monogram is to show that you can be both sophisticated gent & still be a little rough around the edges. The slogan well if you know me at all, you know I pretty much live by that creed ;-}
